It sounds like there is hope now.

OK, still not moving any data to the P800. Here are my settings for Synch Station.

Calendar is checked. "Lotus Notes 4.6/5.0 - Calendar" shows in window

Settings:
Default Server is unchecked
Select Server = Local
Select Database = D:\utils\lotus\notes\data\mail\mgoodman.nsf (the correct path to the database)
Password is entered correctly
Synch all scheduled is selected.

The synch initializes, Analizes, Transfers to phone and completes. All very quickly. But no data gets to the P800.
